Will these fit a 10 year old?

These comfortably fit 6 year old.

Do these extend so they work on older kids or is it one size?

Thanks for reaching out to us and for posting this question. The Connect+ model does extend about a .5" on each side. We designed it so it doesn't extend further than that for durability purposes.

Can they be heard well above road noise?

I'm not sure about "well above", but it's loud enough that road noise wouldn't be a distraction.

How are these labeled for ages 3+ without having a volume limiting control?

I assume the age range is based on the fact that the headphones are sized smaller than a normal adult pair. However, you are correct that they do not have a volume limiting control.

Will these work for a 13 month old or are they for older kids?

It should be fine for a 13 month old children it should fit smaller heads.
